Digital Transformation of Creativity: Improving the Business Processes of Designer Simon Morasi Piperčić

The "Digital Transformation of Creativity" project is focused on modernizing and enhancing the business processes of the design studio Simon Morasi Piperčić (SMPDO). The project is financed through the call 'Transformation and Strengthening the Competitiveness of Cultural and Creative Industries' – Group B. The main goal is to improve the studio's operational processes through the procurement of advanced equipment and software, primarily intended for 3D modelling, rendering and printing of new design solutions. Key activities include project management and digital transformation via the acquisition of high-performance software and hardware. The expected results include a significant increase in productivity and efficiency within the creative process. Through the procurement of high-performance equipment (computers, 3D printers, modeling and rendering tools, and AR technology), the SMPDO studio will gain the ability for faster and more precise prototyping of ideas, higher quality visual presentations to clients, and the efficient digitalization of overall business operations.
